Howdeh all!

Just a quick note to wish everyone Happy Hols!  We hope you all get what you want (Beta plx?),  and eat far too much of course!

On to official-ish things, we won't be handling applications and interviews until after the new year due to people having to be in different locations etc.

Have a good one guys, 2014 should be a big one!

News / WSW: Crossing The Streams!

Wednesday comes round and it's time for another snippet of information to placate ourselves with!

This week is all about WS's X-realm features, so if you only ever plan on playing with guildies, then click ba..NAH READ IT ALL ANYWAY!

Team WildStar run us through the X-realm features we can expect on launch.  The biggest news here is there will be a full X-realm dungeon finder.  This dungeon finder will also come with a toggle for your local server,  so if it takes your fancy you can play across the bounds of space and time, if not you can always set it back to only search your local server.  There will also be X-realm grouping and full chat to allow you to organise with you ethereal cross dimensional buddies.  There hasn't however, been any word on the issue of X-realm raiding, but it currently looks like there will be no LFR and no X-realm raiding (*cheers!*).

As a guild this won't have too much of an effect on us considering that most of our interactions will be internal, but now at least if one of your friends roll on the wrong server, you can still send them abuse without logging onto an alt!

News / WildStar DevSpeak: Ability Mechanics

As part of our "Oh shit we haven’t done news posts in a while!!!" series, here is the latest DevSpeak courtesy of Team WildStar.
This time we're getting a run through of how abilities actually work to promote a much more reactive/twitchy combat experience compared to the shin kicking wars we all remember!  The biggest point being made in the video, aside from the final class teasers of course, is that WildStar's combat is mobile. Whether you need to fire off a charged ability a bit earlier to dodge an incoming ability, or if you want to run round whilst channeling your pistol’s rapid fire (I COULD carry on listing hypotheticals, but for all our sakes I won't), WildStar will let you do it!

News / WSW: Shiphands Unveiled!

Hello all!

Apologies for the lax news posts of late, things have been mental with the upcoming site reworks we keep talking about!  

Anyway, that's another topic for another time (actually there's already a post for our members with the details inside), so without much further ado, shiphands!

Yes, a few weeks Team WildStar released the a WSW revolving shiphands, a group-scalable PvE challenge offering the player the change for a change of scenery as they work to fix or cause problems in Nexus orbit!

Shiphands won't take as long as Adventures or Dungeons and offer a smaller scale challenge if you need to kill some time pre raid!
